My name is Natasha, and my journey into crystal healing began not in a moment of light, but in the shadows of hardship. As the mother of a remarkable son born with DiGeorge Syndrome—a condition that brought immense challenges, including 17 heart surgeries—I’ve experienced firsthand the pain, self-blame, and emotional weight that life’s unexpected turns can bring. Through years of navigating hospitals and procedures, I carried a constant undercurrent of self-doubt, questioning if his struggles were somehow my fault.

It was during this deeply challenging time that I first discovered crystals, beginning with the gentle yet powerful rose quartz. This “Heart Stone,” as it’s often called, taught me to love myself again, helping me accept that I was chosen for a reason to be my son’s mom. I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling these heavy emotions, and I wanted to help others break free from the pain of self-blame. Four years ago, The Crystal Healing Energist was born out of a vision to support people seeking peace, healing, and self-empowerment.
