The Crystal Healing Energist Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from The Crystal Healing Energist in-store and online. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.


1) Return Eligibility (Product Condition)

We only accept returns for new products.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused / never worn / never used

  • Unopened in the original packaging (where applicable)

  • In the same condition as received, with all parts/accessories included

If an item shows signs of use, wear, damage, or is returned incomplete, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund where legally permitted.


2) Return Window (14 Days)

You must request your return within 14 days of:

  • Delivery (for online orders), or

  • Purchase (for in-store purchases)


3) How to Return (In-Store or By Post)

Return In-Store

Bring your item back to our store within the return window, along with proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

4) Return Postage & Labels

  • Return labels are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage for change-of-mind returns.

  • We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of posting.

  • Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by us.


5) Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fee.


6) Refunds (Processing Time: 7 Days)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout (unless otherwise agreed).


7) Non-Returnable Items (Unless Faulty)

Some items may be non-returnable, unless they are faulty, including:

  • Sealed items where the seal has been broken (for hygiene reasons)

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital downloads

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.


8) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Where appropriate, we may request photos and order details to help process your claim quickly.
