Through years of navigating hospitals and procedures, I carried a constant undercurrent of self-doubt, questioning if his struggles were somehow my fault.

It was during this deeply challenging time that I first discovered crystals, beginning with the gentle yet powerful rose quartz. This “Heart Stone,” as it’s often called, taught me to love myself again, helping me accept that I was chosen for a reason to be my son’s mom. I realized I wasn’t alone in feeling these heavy emotions, and I wanted to help others break free from the pain of self-blame.
