Have You Ever Been Cheated On?

Have you ever had your trust betrayed in a relationship? More often than I'd like to admit, my heart has been broken.

So, let me ask you a question. How do you handle your triggers moving forward into other relationships and friendships after you have been through these traumas and have completed all the self-work, self-love, and self-awareness exercises? These betrayals not only affect how you interact with new potential partners, but they also affect how you are with friends and family.

You see, you can do all the healing in the world on your own, but the genuine tests of how much you think you've healed will only come into play once you put yourself in a vulnerable situation again.

How do you know you're not falling into old habits?

Many times in situations, friendships, and relationships, I find myself at a crossroads: should I stay or do I go?

So, my loves, this is when all of your hard work comes into play.

Do I believe in myself?

Do I believe the feelings I'm experiencing?

Are they my feelings, or am I channelling the feelings of others?

Is it possible that I'm being triggered by ancient wounds?

Is there something else going on here?

These are all questions that only you, via self-work, alone time, and discussion with yourself, can provide the answers to.

My suggestion to you, if you are feeling anything similar, is to sit and reflect on yourself.

Some crystals that I use to assist me in doing this are:

Fluorite: This crystal is fantastic at clearing mental clutter and restoring mental clarity when there are a million thoughts or questions racing through your head.

Amethyst: This crystal aids in ensuring that the knowledge I am seeking mentally is actually related to me and not just projections or thoughts that have been influenced from those of other people. Some of the great advantages of amethyst are self-confidence and mental clarity.

Lapis Lazuli: I use this crystal to help me express my thoughts and feelings in writing, even if it is only through journaling and not verbally. It aids in helping me connect the dots between whatever thoughts and feelings I may be experiencing at the time.

Black tourmaline: I use this to handle any stress or anxiety that might result from circumstances or results that push me into the space where I initially sense the need to do this.

Selenite: This crystal also promotes mental clarity.

So, go get your crystals, a pen, and some paper, and just sit with yourself as you ask yourself those difficult questions to figure out what is triggering you.

Then give yourself enough time to think about these issues so that you can reach a decision and advance in power rather than merely reacting to your trigger.
